Children and extra bed policy
Children of any age are allowed. Children up to and including 2 years old stay for free when using an available cot. Children up to and including 12 years old stay for free when using an existing bed. People 2 years old and over stay for £15 per person per night when using an available extra bed. Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management. Supplements are not calculated automatically in the total costs and will have to be paid for separately during your stay.

After full payment is taken, the property's details, including the address and where to pick up the keys, will be sent to you by email. This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. In response to the coronavirus (COVID-19), additional safety and sanitation measures are in effect at this property. Due to the coronavirus (COVID-19), this property is taking steps to protect the safety of guests and staff. Certain services and amenities may be reduced or unavailable as a result. A damage deposit of GBP 300 is required. The host charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that the full amount of the reservation is due before arrival. Please note that each apartment is serviced once a week for stays longer than 7 nights. All children are welcome. There is no charge for a crib. Extra beds are available in some apartments for an extra cost of GBP 15 per night. Please note that there is no elevator in the building and apartments are accessible via stairs only. Please notify the property prior to arrival if you wish to be allocated on one of the lower floors. When booking 4 or more apartments, different policies and additional supplements may apply. Please note the property cannot accept bookings from local residents.
